MAKING STEW

January 11, 2008

I’ve been busy making stew for 40 men that are curling in a zone playoff. My food processor has really come in handy , using my food processor I’ve chopped my onions, turnips, cabbage and carrots. I’ve done this the day before so I have time to cook my stew. I also have to make buns and will use my mixer to make my dough as I have a large batch to do and my food processor only makes small batches. I can not say enough about my food processor , its been a life saver in my kitchen as I operate a concession booth in a curling rink.
